Once your order is placed, we prepare and dispatch it within 1–2 business days. Transit typically takes 5–7 business days, so most customers receive their order within 6–9 business days from the date of purchase.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. We never charge restocking fees.
If your order shows up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping and will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. Just reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll take care of it right away.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a little additional time to reflect the amount on your end.
