At Calmvani, we believe that knowing when your order will arrive shouldn't be a guessing game. That's why we've laid out everything you need to know about how we handle and ship your orders, no fine print, no surprises. We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada.

How Long Will My Order Take?
We want to be upfront about the full timeline from the moment you place your order to the moment it lands at your door:
- Order Cutoff: We process orders submitted before 12:00 PM EST. Anything that comes in after noon will be picked up on the next business day.
- Processing & Handling: After your order is confirmed, we prepare and dispatch it within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Transit Time: Once it's on its way, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location within Canada.
- Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their orders within 6–9 business days from the date of purchase.
These are estimates, while we do everything on our end to keep things on track, occasional delays caused by carriers or external circumstances can happen.

Shipping Costs
Every order shipped within Canada comes with free shipping, no minimum purchase required. If you're located outside our standard shipping zone, any applicable costs will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

If your package is delayed, missing, or something doesn't seem right, reach out to us right away. We'll investigate and do whatever we can to make it right.
Tracking Your Package
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can check your shipment status anytime here
