How Long Will My Order Take?

We want to be upfront about the full timeline from the moment you place your order to the moment it lands at your door:

• Order Cutoff: We process orders submitted before 12:00 PM EST. Anything that comes in after noon will be picked up on the next business day.
• Processing & Handling: After your order is confirmed, we prepare and dispatch it within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).
• Transit Time: Once it's on its way, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location within Canada or the United States
• Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their orders within 6–9 business days from the date of purchase.
• Orders are charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD) for customers in Canada and in US Dollars (USD) for customers in the United States. Your currency is shown at checkout before you pay

These are estimates, while we do everything on our end to keep things on track, occasional delays caused by carriers or external circumstances can happen.

Shipping Costs
