At Calmvani, your satisfaction is something we take seriously. If your purchase didn't work out, we've made the return and refund process as painless as possible.
Cancelling Your Order
Changed your mind right after ordering? You have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. Just email us at info@calmvani.com with your order number and we'll take care of it.
After 24 hours, we can't guarantee a cancellation since your order may already be in motion. Once it's been dispatched, cancellation is off the table, but you can still return it once it arrives by following the steps below.
30-Day Returns
We give you 30 days from the date your order is delivered to decide if you'd like to send it back. To qualify, the item needs to be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included
No restocking fees — ever.

Who Covers Return Shipping?
We cover it when:
- The wrong item was sent to you
- Your item arrived damaged during transit
- The product has a defect of any kind
You cover it when:
- You ordered the wrong size or variant
- The item no longer fits your needs
- You simply changed your mind
Please note that original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable in change-of-mind situations.
How to Start a Return
- Reach Out — Email us at info@calmvani.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you'd like to return the item.
- Pack It Up — Place the item back in its original packaging and include all accessories, tags, and any documentation that came with it.
- Ship It Back — We'll send you a return authorization email with instructions on how and where to send your package.
How Refunds Work
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it to confirm everything checks out. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. Want a different size, colour, or product instead? we're happy to arrange an exchange. Contact us at info@calmvani.com with your order details and we'll sort it out for you quickly.
Order Never Arrived?
If your order hasn't shown up within the expected delivery window, don't wait. Contact us at info@calmvani.com with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier. If your package is confirmed lost, we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons. Any item that falls into this category will be clearly labelled as non-returnable on its product page before you purchase.

We may update this policy periodically as our business evolves. The date at the top of this page will always show when it was last revised. Continuing to use our store after any changes means you've agreed to the updated terms.
