This document explains how Calmvani handles payments, billing, and everything in between. By completing a purchase on our site, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We want checking out to be as easy as possible, so we support a range of trusted payment methods.

Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) for customers in Canada and US Dollars (USD) for customers in the United States. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Any applicable taxes or fees will be calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase, no surprises at the end.

4. Your Payment Information Is Safe

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are handled in line with our Refund & Return Policy. If you have a billing concern or believe there's been an error with your charge, please contact us at info@calmvani.com before initiating a chargeback, we're almost always able to resolve issues faster that way. Chargebacks filed without prior contact that are found to be unauthorized or fraudulent will be formally disputed.

We monitor orders for unusual or suspicious activity. Calmvani reserves the right to cancel, hold, or refuse any order that raises a fraud concern. For certain high-value or flagged transactions, we may reach out to verify your identity before proceeding. This is purely to protect both our customers and our business.
