This document explains how Calmvani handles payments, billing, and everything in between. By completing a purchase on our site, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We want checking out to be as easy as possible, so we support a range of trusted payment methods:

All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

2. When Payment Is Collected

Payment is due in full at the time you place your order. We won't begin processing or preparing your order until payment has been successfully received. If your payment is declined for any reason, your order will not be confirmed and you'll need to retry with a valid payment method.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Any applicable taxes or fees will be calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase — no surprises at the end.

4. Your Payment Information Is Safe

We take the security of your personal and financial data seriously. Our store uses SSL encryption and works exclusively with trusted, industry-standard payment gateways. We never store or have direct access to your full card details, that information is handled entirely by our payment processors.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are handled in line with our Refund & Return Policy. If you have a billing concern or believe there's been an error with your charge, please contact us at info@calmvani.com before initiating a chargeback, we're almost always able to resolve issues faster that way. Chargebacks filed without prior contact that are found to be unauthorized or fraudulent will be formally disputed.

6. Fraud Prevention

We monitor orders for unusual or suspicious activity. Calmvani reserves the right to cancel, hold, or refuse any order that raises a fraud concern. For certain high-value or flagged transactions, we may reach out to verify your identity before proceeding. This is purely to protect both our customers and our business.

These terms may be revised from time to time. Whenever that happens, the updated version will be posted here with a new Last Updated date. Continuing to shop with us after any changes have been made means you accept the revised terms.
