Q: How long does shipping take?
From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, here's what to expect:

Q: Is shipping free?

Q: Where are you based?
Calmvani is a Canadian online store. We don't operate a physical location. everything runs through our website, which lets us keep prices competitive and our product range broad.
Q: What happens if my item arrives defective?
If something arrives damaged or faulty, we'll make it right at no cost to you. whether that means a replacement or a refund. Just reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll take it from there. See our [Return Policy](Return Policy URL) for full details.
Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, as long as you act quickly. You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. After that window, your order may already be in processing and we can't guarantee we'll be able to stop it. Contact us as soon as possible at [Support Email] if you need to cancel.
Q: What's your return policy?

Q: How long does a refund take?

Q: Do your products come with any kind of guarantee?

Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?
Not at this time. we currently ship within Canada only. We may expand in the future, so stay tuned.
Q: Do you have a physical store?
We're online only. No brick-and-mortar location means lower overhead, which we pass on to you through better pricing and a wider selection.
Q: Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
Absolutely. If you're ordering for a business or organization, reach out to us directly at info@calmvani.com and we'll work out the details with you.
Q: How do I exchange an item?

Fraud & Security
We monitor all orders to keep our customers and our store safe. We reserve the right to hold or cancel any order that shows signs of fraudulent or unauthorized activity. For certain transactions, we may ask for additional verification before proceeding.
